Avoid at all costs

Pros

Work from home policy allows for a flexible schedule as long as you don't mind installing "productivity monitoring" software on your personal computer.

Cons

Aurea is not a software company. Aurea is a racket that buys software companies for their intellectual property and their customers to squeeze out as much profit as possible. Acquired companies sustain massive layoffs without any thought to how the acquired company's product or customers will suffer from the resulting brain drain. Full-time employees who are lucky enough to avoid being let go are later forced to leave on their own accord or become contractors without benefits or fair market wages.

Pros

Competitive salary based on hour rate

Cons

Every minute you're fighting for your place in company. You have to show high metric otherwise you will be fired immeditelly. That cause bad atmosphere and relationship inside the team, A lot of cost reduction projects which made by unqualified staff and cause unstable work of product which they try to sell.
