The best company for those who work from home

Pros

- You can work from home; - Full time, very dynamic schedule; - A lot of talents to learn from; - Decent salary; - I'm in a team with a great manager and professional.

Cons

- I'm working for 2 years. Have seen different managers. Not all of them are good leaders; - I was fired once, and it was very frustrating and humiliating. Without prior notice, just found my access revoked. I hope the attitude is going to change. - There are teams where the workers are afraid to be fired. This is stressful, all day long, 5 days per week. - Metrics driven performance monitoring. I mean, people are evaluated by how many cases they solve.

Pros

Fast paced environment, quick decisions and a lot of autonomy for you. You can build teams with very talented people easily. New projects are starting all the time and there is few legacy. The company is very quick on adopting new technologies. Very good salary depending on your location.

Cons

The company culture compensates a 100% remote workforce by being very focused on metrics. They are aggressive about metric goals and slackers don't make it. Hiring process is cold and makes a bad first experience (if hired at all). Until your first day on the company you don't really see that there is real people behind this.

+ Remote work - I decide when and where I work + Salary - I get pretty good money that allow me live almost wherever I want + Clear and transparent ways of measuring people's effectiveness and productivity + Many opportunities for projects and positions + I've learned a lot already and still will learns much more

Cons

- Some managers are not good leaders - After certain point I feel like touching a glass ceiling - The company should rethink the positions names and make it more possible to earn more without drastically changing the role
