Pros

Lots of smart people around in the entry level

Cons

The company sells itself as a software company, but the product and engineering maturity don’t come close to backing that up. the marketing is years ahead of the actual product. Leadership consistently came across as out of their depth, fluent in whatever framework or management book they’d read most recently, thin on real hands-on experience in the domain or in building software, and far more invested in looking like experts than being them. Decisions get made on theory and buzzwords, then quietly reversed once they meet reality and the people doing the work absorb the cost every time. On top of all that, the hours are brutal, and it isn’t one bad team: the overwork-everyone-into-the-ground culture runs right through the company. They do not care about you or your career. It is very clear that you are just a number.
