Holy trinity of long hours, low pay and boring work

Pros

Relaxed everyday wear. Management seen to be making some effort to improve company morale, though the sincerity of this is of low credibility

Cons

Very low pay compared to competitors, who management constantly berate and put down. Hours are bad and technical team feels undervalued and uncared for. Consulting side expects technical work to be done instantly and doesn't appreciate difficulty in some things. Team leaders sometimes will not speak up for technical team against management and therefore treated like disposable workers.
