Pros

* Good hardworking people within the company * Good international presence *Solid engineering team * Open to suggestions but too much wrong advice

Cons

* Benefits are very bad * Very stale and disorderly work environment * Years behind its competition in the US market * Work-Life balance is horrendous for employees - don't appreciate their employees at all. * Compensation is not competitive and dishonest * Micromanagement and is very distrusting of its loyal employees * Financial structure viablity is questionable.

Pros

Hard working people! Honest, fair, ethical, learning how to grow with the challenges of being a global company, but on a start-up basis in the US. Excellent ideas, outstanding product.

Cons

You just have to know this is a small organization compared to it's mammoth competitors, so things move at a different pace. That CAN be an advantage, also.

Convenient to airport and hotels. There is literally no other Pros.

Cons

Strange culture perpetuated from upper management. Sales management is afraid of change and new ideas. If you don't follow them lockstep, you will not be happy.
