Pros

Convenient to all areas of DFW. Close to airport too.

Cons

Austco has a real strange culture based on multi culturial marxism. If you've worked there, you know what I mean. This weird behavior all starts at the top, and if your beliefs do not fit their narrative, you will not be happy here. The CEO is an inexperienced, monumental failure; way unqualified. The founder just drops in every now and then when he's not traveling the world; he's clueless as well.

Cons

This is a free for all company. everyone saving their own back from getting laid off. typical one gets rich on the back of employee. Benefits = 0, Job security =0, They literally ask you to stay over time for the bank hour which they will never pay for.

Pros

Austco has a genuinely strong product portfolio that makes it easy to be proud of what you're representing. The company has gone through a lot of change over the past few years, but those changes have also created opportunities for growth and improvement. As a medium sized business, you're not just a number, you have the chance to make a real impact, take on new responsibilities, and grow your career as the business continues to expand. There are plenty of opportunities for people who are willing to get involved and contribute.

Cons

Communication can sometimes be inconsistent, particularly during periods of change. There are occasions where updates could be shared more clearly or more frequently so everyone is aligned. As the business continues to grow, improving internal communication would make an already positive workplace even better.
