Paid time off and lots of personal day leave, lots of vacation, great benefits, job security, downtown location has free parking

Cons

No upward mobility or recognition on performance, corrupt management, multitude of employees that do not do their jobs due to no repercussions of being fired. If you are a good employee be ready to pick up slack for others. Not an environment for innovation or creative solution to problems.

This is an excellent job for college students. The interaction with students is very rewarding and the flexibility with this job is a plus.

Cons

Employees must have at least a bachelor's degree if they wish to continue working for more than 3 years and receive an increase in their salary.
