      Pros

      Curriculum is totally laid out for you. Dont have to start from scratch. That's pretty easy. Schools located all over austin, so prob can work close to home.

      Cons

      Very little room for creativity or teacher choice. No room for moving up unless you want to do administration. Job postings arent always accurate.

      Pros

      Teachers and staff are working very hard every day. Culture of "we can get through this together"

      Cons

      Lower pay than surrounding districts. High staff turnover. Little to no campus support from upper management. Supply poaching due to lack of funds in all areas. Expensive and limited medical benefits. Broken and outdated equipment. Transient student population.
