Each department has a very entrepreneurial approach to things, and sometimes great deals come out of this. Free refreshments and snacks in the kitchen. Free sample giveaways...wild, but free. Quality holiday parties. "Stock" options. Employee discounts across the portfolio of brands. Good people with mid-level director roles genuinely trying to make the best with what they’re working with. Hybrid work from home schedule (Summer 2022)

Cons

Much of senior management would barely qualify as Director anywhere else Ranks are filled with tons of B-players that think they’re A-players ...(A-players go to real companies like Inditex, LVMH & Tapestry) Below average pay for New York City Nepotism & cheapness

This company sells you the dream of reviving brands that are going under when actually they can care less about reviving the brands. All the executives care about is buying more brands so they can brag about how much our companies portfolio is worth. It's disgusting. We continue to acquire more brands, but barely hire more people for the workload. There is absolutely NO work culture here. They don't do anything to build employee morale. You're lucky if you get to work with a good group of people here. Most people are negative and spend a good amount of time gossiping about others around the office. It's really annoying to constantly hear your colleagues chattering about each other. GROW UP! There is no HR department. They prematurely promote people to managerial positions who are not fit to be managing ANYONE.
