it is one of the most exciting places to work. Our CEO inspires us to generate new business verticals, be creative which allows us to learn and grow within the company. The HR team is extremely professional and the SVP (JR) is always available to help and listen to the company's employees. There is a genuine interest in helping employees be happy within the company and creating a better work culture.

Cons

In my case, I have little communication and guidance from my manager, which is a limitation to grow in a company with so much potential.
