Can work at your own place as long as you meet deadlines.

Cons

Management makes mistake all the time. Mistakes that sometimes costs employees hours and hours work. This was usually laughed off since employees were not respected and our time was not valuable, because at a certain point our time was practically free since we don't get paid overtime. They also loved to use profanity in every statement that they make, and they would take all the comments about them very personally.

I appreciate the fact they have an open door policy where you can raise your concerns and suggestions but sadly it ends with that. They will never take action on them.

This company is plagued by the worst leadership imaginable. Leaders lack training, exhibit zero leadership skills, and prioritize self-interest over team values. Experienced hires are stifled and micromanaged, leading to abysmal morale and poor mental health among employees. Company culture and values are nonexistent, with executives from a bygone era at the helm. Furthermore, there's blatant bias and unequal treatment of staff and clients. Avoid this company if you value your sanity and career growth.
