A company you can truly feel proud to be part of—because of the iconic brands we own, the growth we've achieved, and the unique opportunities available depending on your role. It’s a place where you get to work with legends like David Beckham, Shaquille O’Neal, and Thalía Sodi. There’s constant innovation and new brands always coming in.

Cons

A misogynistic and non-inclusive culture. You don’t feel like you have the potential to grow unless you’re a friend or relative of someone important within the company. If someone is the CEO’s nephew or related to someone in power, they immediately get a better position than everyone else. There’s a strong sense of misogyny, and you don’t feel encouraged or given a real opportunity to grow.

The most controlling senior management I have ever come across, it is terrifying how little they trust people unless you are their friend or relative. Scare tactics and old school aggression are used to make sure you tow the line. Disgraceful place to work.

But, once you work here you’ll be proud to be part of such a fast growing company that allows you to think outside the box and helps you execute your ideas. *HR team: supportive, understanding and sincerely interested in helping employees. During my short time at the company, I’ve seen how the HR team has helped ABG evolve towards a better, more diverse and inclusive company.
