Unorganized business. Family owned and you will be exposed to the nepotism and really crazy behavior of the csuite executives.

I love it here. You learn to advocate for yourself while also showing your a team player. GREAT experience that will build my foundation in my career. Fun People and Culture activities. Planned happy hours with all of HQ. Cool discounts and cool work.

Cons

this job isn't for the faint of heart. I see why there is a big turnover rate due to upper management forgetting that employees are people. It's all about how you shape it, though. Make yourself heard and you will not go unheard. All a give and take. Hustle culture isn't for everyone and thats ok. Dependent from team to team

Pros

For all of the complaining on here, it is mostly about treatment of the employees and nepotism at the executive level. In my short time here, I have observed that things are a bit unconventional, but not much outside of the norm in sports and entertainment. It is fast-paced, demanding and there is inevitable nepotism with a family-owned company, but the company continues to scale and partner with bigger and bigger names, who wouldn't want to be part of that? I have not personally experienced any of the majority of complaints in here. This is a sink or swim environment, and I choose swim. I don't mind the hours being outside of a typical 9-5 and comp feels fair, especially because bonus upside is good and employees get discounts on all of the brands.

Cons

A lot of processes and systems are a bit disjointed. Need more organization as the global company scales.
