Pay checks clear on time (and still do not reflect the work we do)

Cons

Racist, homophobic and sexist culture from the top down. Positive reviews are posted by supplicunts carrying water for their masters. They like to think of this place as a shark tank...it is in actuality a cess pool that attracts the exact sub human garmento scumbag personalties needed to run such an "establishment". The turn over rate speaks for itself. I was pressured by one of the owners to invest in our licensees stock. As a result, I lost thousands of dollars by following unsolicited investment guidance from the ownership. My team talked horrible crap about me, other team members and partners alike. I look forward to the IPO and all the dirty secrets this place hides coming to light.

Pros

Gained a ton of experience because it was a "wears many different hats" type of role. I was able to build a solid foundation for HR.

Cons

Little to no support - manager was often busy handling other things and I had no other teammates with me. Very manual processes, it's very clear a lot of the HR functions needed updating. Poor compensation and benefits.
