Toxic, nepotism overload, too many incompetent children of executives working here, no respect for workers, ineffective HR, business practices that wouldn't be acceptable at many reputable companies.

The environment is toxic and it brews from the CEO and the leadership team. There is no work/life balance. You must be available whenever they need you. They recently took away hybrid working opportunities despite the business doing well (and despite people like myself who joined after being lured in under the guise of a hybrid working environment). There is no diversity and the environment favors white men. Nepotism runs wild… I have never seen anything like it. Different standards for family and friends. There is a culture of bullying. I didn’t want to believe the reviews but honestly after giving this place the “benefit of the doubt” I will admit that I was wrong. They do not seem to care for their employees.
