Pros
There were some nice people who also were miserable. Sharing that misery created some nice friendships that were able to console each other during the nonsense stress and emotional burden created by ABG.
Cons
Ego driven leaders whose only concern was making themselves look good, be it to their peers or supervisors or the external parties looking in at the company. People were put in charge of entire departments who 1) didn't have the proper experience to lead teams of that size or bandwidth to be able to do so in a functional way or 2) have any prior or background in their respective fields to be able to be a leader and provide valuable support vs bullying feedback (i.e. "This is terrible - who writes like this"). NEPOTISM... don't be surprised to see unexperienced people with senior titles and in roles of power with zero idea what they're doing. Company functions in an environment of fear with leaders have no approachability - ultimately created the the worst workplace culture imaginable.
