Great place to work. Paid training and they also pay for certification if needed. Are readily available to help and answer any and all questions that you may have. They make sure that you can achieve your goals and grow within the company.

Cons

Some session cancellations but they do try and move you to sub or telehealth to make up hours if possible.

I’ve been working for ABSI as a behavior interventionist since June of 2019, and I’ve never felt as valued and listened to as I do with this company. The supervisors care about their cases and their team, and the management works with you when issues (last-minute absences, changes in availability) arise. I’m hoping to stay with this company a long time.

Sometimes you feel a little isolated from your coworkers when you are constantly in the field
