Pros
Communication through use of company email keeps everyone on a case informed. Company creates fun and friendly seasonal competitions employees can take part in to win gift cards. Supervision hours are useful for both parents and behavior technicians. Every shift is a learning and growing opportunity in the ABA field. Communication with case supervisors and anyone in the company is made easy through use of email.
Cons
Some of the downsides is when a family cancels a shift a behavior technician loses pay for those prearranged hours however, families can make up hours by making some shifts longer on later days.
