Some of the supervisors are good.

Cons

The company operates with a business mindset. They over-hire to have a surplus of Behavior Interventionists to utilize when needed, and allow employees to sit on less than 10 hours a week with the promise of more in the future. More does not come.

I have worked for ABSI for over a year now. I enjoy going to work each day and making differences in my clients lives. It is a heartwarming job that requires knowledge and hard work to try our best for the clients. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with clients while smiling, laughing, dancing, and singing.

Cons

The hardest part of the job is sticking to contingency behavioral plans when situations get difficult and over emotional.
