They will take anyone with no experience which is good for entry-level positions, very independent work, non service hours available if a client cancels last minute

Cons

No opportunities for growth, low compensation, poor communication with supervisors and other employees, little support for people looking to “climb the ladder” in ABA field

Love the work I’m doing yet… Inconsistent hours

I love being able to come in and change a clients life.

Cons

Hours are not consistent, due to client illness. I’m was supposed to be full time however only got 46 hours during the month of may.
