Pros

They provide great training materials to work with clients.

Cons

There was very little work available, and if the client cancelled you did not get paid.

Thank you so much for supporting our families for over the past year. We appreciate your dedication to the important role you played while you were with ALP and we appreciate your feedback now. We know the impact cancellations can make and we’re actively piloting different programs to address this. We’re committed to finding a solution! In the meantime, we always encourage our employees to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor and client services to schedule makeup sessions for you to make up that time. Thanks again for the time you spent supporting our families in Anaheim.

Pros

The clients and coworkers, supervisor is very dedicated and available

Cons

Business model is trash. Clients can never get clear answers from scheduling, billing, or client services, this bleeds into session making BT job harder. Makes it hard to work for a company when you don’t support their practices of client treatment

We appreciate your candid feedback. Support and teamwork are two factors we believe are critical to your experience and success, and we want our staff to feel like their team is accessible when needed. We strive to create work environments allowing more than one point of contact for outreach, but we’re sorry to hear that wasn’t your experience. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback along. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
