Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're a passionate group that values teamwork and a supportive environment, and we're thrilled to hear you experienced that firsthand. Our dedicated employees are what set us apart and make us special. We understand that cancellations can be disruptive, and we're actively exploring different programs to address this challenge. In the meantime, we encourage our employees to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor and client services to schedule makeup sessions and ensure that our families receive the support they need. Thank you for all the support you provided to our families in the Antelope Valley!

Thank you for the support you provided our families in El Paso. Your efforts directly impact the progress our clients make and for that, we are forever grateful. We’re sorry you didn’t feel enough support during your time at ALP. Support and teamwork are two factors we believe are critical to employee experience and success, and we never want our staff to feel like their team isn’t accessible. We try to create work environments that allow employees to have more than one person to reach out to, so we’re sorry to hear that wasn’t your experience. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to the team. We wish you the best wherever your career takes you!
