Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We’re so happy to hear you loved your time at ALP and we too are sorry you had to leave. Maybe one day in the future the opportunity to rejoin the ALP team will come along! We know no one wants to work late. The good news is while our availability may be as late as 8 p.m., most sessions don’t run past 6 p.m. Thank you again for the support you provided our families during your time at ALP!

Pros

Flexible with remote work, fellow coworkers

Cons

Low pay!!! I did not like the clinical director for my region. Not welcoming when I joined the company. The bonus is a joke because it’s required. Company cares about numbers, not clients.

We want to start by expressing our heartfelt gratitude for choosing ABA as your profession. We recognize the incredible impact that each new BCBA has on the lives of children and families, and we appreciate your dedication to this mission. We’re sorry to hear that you and your Clinical Director were not able to collaborate successfully during your time at ALP, but we appreciate your feedback and will look to use this as an opportunity to improve. About our bonus plan, we’re very serious about seeing real progress in our clients which is why our bonus plan for clinicians is tied to things like clinical prescription fulfillment and mentorship for your BTs. Thank you again for dedicating your professional life to ABA. We value your contributions to our mission, and we appreciate the time you spent at ALP.

Pros

Great staff Laid Back Corparate Office Culture Office Training with Lunches Paid training and help with taking state test

Cons

New start up but needed more support for workers in the field. There should have been more assistance to adapt over a longer period of time as a new hire. Incentives should have been given for senior staff to rotate mentoring as a way to help. Lack of materials you have to provide upfront

First, thank you for the time you spent working in our Support Center, offering support to our clinicians in the field. We’re so glad you enjoyed the team and the culture during your time at ALP, and we hope wherever you end up you find the same joy. Thanks also for your mentorship incentives suggestion. We recognize the importance of providing opportunities for mentorship and experience to our team members, and we're committed to exploring new ways to make this possible. Thank you for being a part of our community and for your contributions in support of our mission to provide the highest level of clinical expertise to facilitate significant and sustainable improvement for the individuals and families we serve.
