Thank you for supporting our Los Angeles families and we appreciate you recognizing our awesome leadership team! We know how physically and mentally demanding the Behavior Technician role can be, and while it’s truly one of the most rewarding positions, it can still take a toll. We’ve put together a number of resources to anyone feeling overwhelmed such as additional support and training from your regional Field Trainer and/or direct Supervisor.
