Pros

You can get experience working here since it's an entry level position.

Cons

Training through video is not the most effective way to teach for this role. You should consider doing small group training outdoors. I'm pretty sure the parents knew that I had no idea what I was doing. I asked my sup what I should say in case the family ask if I had experience, she told me to tell them I had many years or experience. I didn't feel right when my clients mom asked me and I lied to her.

Pros

Great if you are going to to become BCBA, but if not there aren’t any other ways to progress within the company. But the company made me feel important and valuable working during the Pandemic and being an essential worker

Cons

Unstable hours as any ABA company. Supervisors overworked and BTs are treated as replaceable.
