Pros

They really care about training and preparing people for this line of work. They provide some supervision and lots of advice if you are truly interested in the work. Although some sessions can be stressful, I found it to be really rewarding. I worked in two different counties and both teams I worked for were very responsive and willing to listen to any issues that I had. I think the company offers help with school if you want to move on to BCBA or BCABA.

Cons

Few hours and during the beginning of the pandemic the company did not require any covid tests for employees or families. It made me feel unsafe so I quit for these reasons.

Pros

Great policies at the top, Access to free CEUs through the company

Cons

Policies from the top are not enforced consistently at the individual branch level, disorganized, low quality BT hiring, company works across way too many platforms, ethical issues, all about billable hours

Pros

*experience is worth it *if you're planning to be educational, child, school psychologist..this is very beneficial, *teacher, especially special educational teachers too

Cons

If you can't commit to 6 months to a year, don't apply to ABA companies. They all desperate need ppl to stay to work with the kiddos. The job is challenging but what is more challenging if the higher up doesn't do their part in holding you accountable for you to perform better, such as better communication and give growing advancements in the company.
