Business Outlook
Pros
ALP does a great job keeping up with the changes and strives for the best for all of their employees and the clients that they are servicing. Growing in all regions that resources are limited and attempting to help all that need it.
Cons
Growing too fast.....with the growth some of the employees can feel the growing pains. Lots of changes (for the good) but it's a lot of changes. Billable is a little high for how much work is being asked of the Supervisors.
