      Pros

      ALP has given me the tools to grow as a professional and a human being. Our President is down to earth and genuine. This company operates by making decisions that best serve our clients and our people. I feel heard and valued. My Executive Director has been supportive and amazing since the interview process 1.5 years ago. I am always given what I need to do the job, and I always feel appreciated. I am truly grateful for what ALP has given to me and allowed me to give back to my community.

      Cons

      I have A LOT of things to do for this position. However, I feel heard and changes are being made. If ALP doesn't get it right, they continue striving to do so.

      Love my co-workers and the opportunities this has brought for myself and my community. I love the mission of ALP.

      Cons

      No access to NYS retirement. This has been a common reason for departure of higher level employees.

      Pros

      I'm so grateful to be a part of ALP. They have a positive culture and everyone is down to earth and eager to support. Management really cares about staff at all levels and clinicians and the support center work actively to maintain good communication between each other.

      Cons

      There are a few details that ALP needs to iron out for their newer regions but they are currently working on these items.
