Pros

- Lots of support - Plenty of training (paid) - Lots of events - 100% help all the time - If you have a passion for this, it doesn't feel like a job at all. - Paid mileage for miles past 20 miles. - Paid stipend for cellphone or laptop use for collecting data

Cons

- Does not provide a stipend for small toys or to replace some items needed for session such as play doh, puzzles, etc. Need to have approval from office in which they buy the materials and you have to pick it up from the office. - Not flexible with schedule. You must be available 4 days out of the week from 3-8pm. It is very rare that they have a kid available for session before 3pm.

Great field, eh company.

Pros

Flexible hours, accommodating with placing you on cases you'll be comfortable with and taking you off cases you're uncomfortable with.

Cons

Zero benefits. Full time status is difficult to obtain, given the nature of the work, but there doesn't seem to be any efforts with combating that. Pretty much a dead end job if you don't have plans for a higher degree. Bachelor's has no weight, either.

Pros

The people in the field care for their kids tremendously.

Cons

There is NO communication in the office, passive-aggressive management and huge disorganization. The company solely focuses on as many aquisitions as they can, which ends up creating conflict, undervaluing current employees and adding excessive work loads to others; ultimately creating a lack of communication across the board.
