Pros

Growing company with a client centered approach to their treatment. Flexible hours and opportunity for growth.

Cons

Pay could be better for administrative employees. It’s not terrible, but could be better.

Pros

Doing really important work with these children, not easy but if you care about the cause and have knowledge on how to be successful, then it is worth while, and you'll learn great skills in ABA therapy.

Cons

They are not very professional and many people hired with me were very unaware of aspects of basic psychology or about autism spectrum disorder and seemed ill-equipped during trainings to handle an actual client.
