Pros

This was the first job I had out of college, and it was a good company to get an introduction into what working in the ABA field was like. Everyone was clearly passionate about working with kids on the spectrum, and fellow employees were very committed to their work. It was diverse (SoCal location) and you got the support you needed, although sometimes it came slowly.

Cons

There are not enough people working behind the scenes. Sometimes it took forever to hear back from scheduling, which caused many communication mishaps because Person A didn't hear back from Person B in time. It also gets kind of lonely, since you don't meet your coworkers aside from monthly meetings or pod group get togethers.
