Pros

Nice pay for entry-level job, organized and thorough scheduling, flexible hours especially for students or second job, email for communication, fulfilling job working with kids, be able to play for a living

Cons

Extensive orientation period, lack of genuine support, lack of team morale, lack of incentive to work. Expecting a lot from this level of work. Might be more concerned with completing hours over anything else.

Pros

I get great feed back from my clinical Director, she's always quick to help and respond when I am in need of help or just have a question about certain programs. She makes sure my needs are tended to with my cases and ensure my supervisors are helping me out to the best of their abilities. The company is very flexible with my schedule and very understanding.

Cons

-there is sometimes mis communication between supervisors and scheduling. -When school is not in session hours are depleted until school starts up again.
