Pros

ALP is a company that focuses on providing support, training and career growth opportunities. The culture allows for individuals at all levels to voice ideas and/or suggestions which are received by upper management with respect and value. This company focuses on retention and provides ongoing CEUs and leadership development opportunities. I truly value working along side such talented, honest, hardworking individuals. Overall, ALP has been an amazing place to work!

Cons

ALP has grown quickly over the past year which allows for career advancement and more families across the US getting quality services, but it also results in growing pains at the Support Center.

Pros

- great workplace culture, staff is diverse and supportive of one another. - administratively structured with well defined roles - has high standards for employees with incentives for meeting standards - great training procedures for new aba hires with monthly ongoing trainings - digital data intake -clinical staff seem genuinely invested in clients and are passionate about the work they do

Cons

- difficult for BTs to reach full time status/health benefits (currently they are working on new scheduling procedures to diminish this) - have not had great experiences with HR department (extremely slow to respond after initial intake)

Very disappointed

Pros

Nice to work with kids who have autism

Cons

I was very upset with the communication with schedulers and supervisors, very unprofessional. Also I got let go off of a case without anyone letting me know, and I got scheduled to go in places way to far from where I live. I also had to handle a hard situation where I felt unsafe and I had no supervisors or anyone trying to help me out through the situation. I felt very betrayed and I left the company. Now I’m with a new ABA therapy company where I feel like I am being treated very well. I don’t recommend this job at autism learning partners to anyone
