Pros

Everyone is willing to help here. You work alongside talented individuals. Benefit package is great and recently matched 401k.

Cons

Appears to be focused on billable expectations . Over the years, there’s been a huge shift in how we operate with families. Really holding them accountable to their child’s treatment and at times, feels pressure to recommend the highest amount of treatment hours. Recently feels more pressure to supervise a certain way

Pros

Training was quick and convenient with some of it being online and self paced. Communication between supervisors is facilitated by using Teams. Consistent work hours.

Cons

Inconsistency from some supervisors. Quick turnaround needed on notes.

Pros

Clients and their families are pleasant enough if you’re paired with the right people. Work itself with clients is not very difficult so as long you keep good notes and records of therapy sessions.

Cons

Management is very slow to respond when assistance is needed. UI on the work apps are confusing and not mobile friendly. Company is horribly understaffed and very poorly managed in the office and on the mobile chat app. Client requested a new BT and I had to wait several weeks for a new client to be assigned to me so I could continue to work. They do not compensate you for gas, mileage, lost hours or clientele.
