Great Supervisors!

Supervisors are very supportive, good at communicating, and always in your corner Typically good families Accrued PTO and retirement

Cons

No room to grow above advanced technician unless you have your masters degree A lot of down time between driving and waiting for your next session Put into a role with minimal hands on training Clients can be 40 minutes away and your next another 20 minutes Not a lot of interactions with other employees Not many incentives offered besides occasional social events with small bonuses like a $25 gift card

Pros

There were many helpful and supportive supervisors that made it easier to work with clients. Lots of support and communication made cases easier to manage, even difficult cases.

Cons

There were some supervisors that didn't communicate well or weren't very supportive and it made working there a lot more difficult. Cancelations were also a pain and having to sub in for others was not favorable.
