I could write a novel. First off when you interview you have to take a ton of mechanical and integrity tests. Even if you're applying for an office position that won't have anything to do with being mechanical, you still have to sit there for about 2 hours and take the tests. And if you fail them, they automatically throw your app out. Plain amd simple. You will get blamed for everything. Management is happy doing bare minimum and putting everything on everyone else and then getting angry at you when you dont do things on time or correctly. They just want to pass the buck to someone else. The type of people that work here are grit of the earth types that only Care about themselves, so if you're a girl in any positon you will be harassed. If you go so far as to get an interview for any position in this company, ask what the turnover rate is for the position you're trying to get. If it's a good number, I promise theyre lying.

The company is stuck in the dark ages. All customers have to pay with cash or checks which could be multiple hundreds to a thousand plus dollars depending on the size of the account. This prehistoric thinking is frustrating. Part of my job as a sales representative is data entry which consumes about 2 hours of my morning every day. You're on a 40 hour a week salary but they expect you to work 8am-6pm M-F (50 hours).
