Company Health Benefits were adequate

Cons

... if... the company owners and their hired upper management employees are even aware of your contribution to the company it make zero difference. UNLESS you are in a position to make a profit for them at all cost... All employees are easily replaceable. Career opportunity for most positions- zero. Loyalty, contribution and commitment means nothing to any of you or your upper management employees.

Flawed Company but Great Experience For Better Opportunities

-Little to no micromanagement -Plenty of OT -Good Benefits -Free food/Chemicals

Cons

-Poor management -No work/life balance -No annual raises (in fact if your route is subdivided for being to profitable you actually get a pay decrease) -Poor training due to incompetent managers -Constant turn-over of personnel

If your lucky enough you you could get hired and placed on a high commission route

Cons

They don't honor seniority, management is mediocre at best, company uses cheap parts on their machines which = more man hours(on-call) all this leads for a high turnover rate. This is not a company where hard work pays off.
