Pros

Profit Sharing, medical and dental are beyond what other companies offer. Pay is more than other companies offer for positions that don't require degrees or certifications. Company car, company phone, uniform provided. Senior management seems very involved in the day to day operations of the branches. The business is run with low costs and the products are sold with good margins. I'm not worried about this company going out of business any time soon.

Cons

Under-staffing can lead several employees feeling overworked, overwhelmed, and unsupported. You work with and around dangerous chemicals every day. Controlling costs so tightly can negatively affect morale.

Opportunity for advancement, great benefits, lots of responsibility, and the opportunity to go above and beyond and get paid for it.

Cons

Hard but fun work and occasional long hours (to be expected if hoping for advancement.
