The employees within the company are great for the most part. Having a company car is the best thing EVER!

Cons

Overall their total comp and benefits package is an absolute joke!! The interview process is entirely too long considering the type of job and the insanely high turnover rate within the company. This definitely isn't a company that allows for long-term career growth and advancement.
