Corporate braches treat you much better

Cons

Overbearing management, they hold the fact that you get a car, a phone and a pitiful salary over your head. New sales people are no longer getting cars, only an allowance. No CRM. Poor expectations and they do not have a realistic view of how difficult is it to have a limited market and a limited range of products to sell. Your company car has GPS so they know where you are at all times.

Not bad pay if you can sell on a regular basis and trick your customers into signing 5 year contracts when getting annual price increases. Benefits are not bad. Able to spend 85% of your day with customers and only 15% with the terrible management.

Cons

The Management in Portland is unbelievably bad! However if you like being motivated by fear tactics on a daily basis and and you enjoy kissing butt or getting fired, you can do just fine here. You are viewed here more as a liability rather than an asset here.
