      Decent coworkers that helped out and assisted.... nothing else

      Cons

      *7 day work weeks *On call all the time *Managers that lied to you work responsibilities and hours *A toxic work culture that starts at the top with Whisnant and trickles down through everyone. I've worked for 5 carriers in my 25 plus year career and AO was a disaster on all levels *Low Pay

      Vacation and sick time availability

      Cons

      Pay is less than industry. Some work from home but not full time. Non-branch employees are required out in the field 5 days a week.

      Base Pay is laughable

      Hybrid work from home program is only perk

      Cons

      Base pay compared to industry standard is abysmal. Offering bonuses and profit sharing when the company is not profitable does not offset the base pay. The "training" is nonexistent, and they will tell you anything to get you into a position, and leave you to struggle to learn the job on your own. The stress is not worth the low pay.
