      Pros

      Auto-Owners has apparently never laid an employee off in its 100+ year history. They will allow you the freedom to make your own decisions and let you live with those decisions, good or bad, and help you sort through the bad ones. They place much more responsibility on their employee's shoulders than many of their industry peers which leads to reps growing and taking ownership of their work.

      Cons

      While the responsibility can be very positive, there are times where the workload feels overwhelming and that there is no end in sight. Management can be slow to replace former employees which places undue burden on everyone else. Communication could be much better as a whole.
