You can be horrible at your job and still keep it. Profit sharing...not guaranteed though. Brainless work. 37.5 hour week, but paid for 40.
Cons
Zero accountability. Core values not followed. Terrible morale at specific branch location. Human Resources and Management do not care. Wrong people put in management roles. 20% below average in salary, and forget negotiating. Branch offices placed in dump towns, so it's difficult to recruit top talent. Take too long to promote and move real talent, which causes good people to leave. Just when I think I saw it all, a member of upper management at a branch office has the audacity to put up a reserved parking sign. We are not in a city, and we have a huge lot! Unbelievably conceded, and I'm sure a real boost for morale! Simply pathetic.
