      Bonuses & job security, some really great people

      Cons

      Upper management does not trust associates to do their jobs and constantly micromanages Innovators are rewarding with watching the people who always say "Yes" get promoted

      Pros

      Business leadership is very good. Conservative, steady and stable approach to growth. In many areas there are good opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Silos within business and technology degrade the company productivity and morale. Much of the young upper management solidify these silos and exclude others with more knowledge and experience.

      Pros

      I guess the pros would be Christmas bonus and that is pathetic to be the only "pro" about this company.

      Cons

      As others have said this company seems discriminatory in many ways. "Sexist" toward women as stated in another comment is only partially true. Some of the women fit the bill!!!
