Much better options than this

Pros

Flexible start time Yearly bonuses can be good You will never get fired and can do very little work and stay employed Good way to break into the industry and get trained before moving on

Cons

Turnover is out of control Management doesn't even try to retain top talent Annual pay raise doesn't cover inflation. You will be confined to recieving 2% every year, regardless of your work. You will be babysat and the office environment feels like an elementary school They just stopped requiring office workers (who never meet with clients) to stop wearing ties. It's a conservative culture to say the least Prudence is something they stress as a company. Cheap is a better word for it

It was good until management changed.

Pros

Benefits, PTO, Sick pay, and bonuses. Some staff are great and willing to help out with work. Safe and secure building.

Cons

Poor management in claims and their other fellow employees. Some employees aren't fired even after making rude racist remarks. They let that pass by even with HR. Work is not distributed evenly upon employees.

Good company with internal issues

Pros

Work-life balance, bonuses, pension, benefits, multiple responsibilities, knowledge about the industry, major holidays off, personal/vacation/sick time. Nice customers. Flexibility with some processes.

Cons

Unrealistic workload for one person. Cheap utilities & equipment. Training is basically read yourself to sleep, watch others until you sleep, and then it's all you. Management can make or break even the most dedicated workers with micromanagement, demands, and even interrogation. My work week is next to miserable. Little respect for women.
