      Great People, Not Great Pay

      Pros

      The people are real and it's nearly impossible to mess up hard enough to get fired.

      Cons

      The pay is comparable to a non-profit and not a fortune 500 company. They talk about how well they are doing with policies on a weekly basis but you won't see the benefits. They will ask you to do more and more without appropriate compensation.

      Job security but based on the fact that people will quit on their own given the wl balance

      The company and people are great! The pay is not.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Profit sharing when applicable. Great co-workers and management.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth upwards, more lateral. Limited opportunity to expand knowledge outside Insurance related opportunities. Low pay.
