      Pros

      Sixty percent work from home.

      Cons

      The manager and project manager don't know the programs they are asking their employees to use. They give deadlines without intimate knowledge of how long the assignments will take. I worked nights and many weekends and still struggled to meet the deadlines that were set. They do not value hard work and dedication. Toxic workplace with no positivity.

      flying out to lansing was cool and if you can hold out for half a decade you can get vested into a pension

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, manager controls if you will quit or not

      Pros

      The benefits are fair. Profit sharing when it's available is good as are yr end bonus.

      Cons

      AO has become much like it's competitors in the corporate department. Everything is measured. and when it's busy, just keep pushing through. No rest and keep up with your task despite having and big increase in workload.
