Pros

Easy job with a benefit for hard work, flexible hours, fun work staff, and a great job for high schoolers.

Cons

You are treated like a highschooler no matter what age you are, often you are called off due to weather and lose lots of hours, management is shotty, and overall they are not the best with being there for their workers.

Staffed of teenagers or young adults.

Cons

Unorganized. Employer does not care about any of the employees. Turn over rate is extremely high for management. Lot of work, obligation, and hounding from the owner for very low pay. They find reasons not to award a quota that has been met. Rarely rewards exceptional work. Line workers seem to do as they please. No accountability. HR is extremely unprofessional. Hours can and will be cut at any time.

Absolutely none in all honesty

Cons

No advancement, bad benefits, low pay and excessive hours expected from salary employees without paying overtime. Sales in shop doubled when I was there and got none of the commissions promised. Bad company. Some great employees there but the upper management and owner makes it harder to get anything done and want to finger point at each other more than work. They have many outstanding bills with parts suppliers and cant get hardly any parts anymore because of it. The owner has no problems not paying bills dont know how the lights are on.
