Pros

I absolutely love the training they provide to new employees. It was a short 4 day training but I learned so much and feel so prepared to start selling cars. They are a very great company as well and treats every employee and customer with respect and kindness. I can't wait to grow my career here!

Cons

There aren't that many con's that I can think of at the moment.

AutoNation is shareholder owned and a very large dealership chain in the USA so it’s policies and principles are morally right

Cons

To the employees it’s just another car dealership. Meaning the type of sales people that come to work here aren’t that different from a shady place down the street. The attitude and culture are similar
