You can make a lot of money as a top sales person.

Cons

No life. No days off. You are just a pawn in the game.

Pros

Freedom to do what you want as long as you complete your daily tasks of sending emails and calls and selling atleast 8 cars a month. If you are good you can get a finance position pretty quickly.

Cons

The way the dealer operates, they recon a lot of cars that don’t need that much money so when the sales associate sells the car you are more than likely making a mini on the deal.
